Refund And Return Policy
auscardtraders does not usually offer refunds due to a change in mind or ordering the wrong item so when ordering please choose items carefully.
Eligibility for returns, refunds or exchanges (all the points must be followed):

Items must be in the original packaging without breaking the seals.

Items must be unused.

Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received.
For a refund or exchange and along with the above three points, items must be returned within 14 days from purchase. This includes items that have been wrongly described, faulty and are different to the product purchased on the website or do not perform as advertised. Beyond the 14th day of purchase, AUscardtraders cannot process your refund.
If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria above, AUScardtraders will hold onto the item(s) until it is picked up or the re-shipping fee is paid for by the buyer. Returned items for refunds or exchanges will be inspected before the refund is paid. Auscardtraders reserves the right to reject refunds if we feel the criteria has not been met
PRE-ORDERS:
BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ ALL RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:
1. Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout.
2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.
3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 2 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are made available.
4.Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 2 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)
5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
7. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.
